Wednesday Webinar: Exploring Alma Benchmark Analytics at CCLC Libraries

This session will introduce Alma’s free Benchmark Analytics function, which allows libraries to compare performance metrics with similar institutions. Participants will learn:

  • How to compare your library’s performance with similar institutions across key areas (Inventory, Acquisitions, Fulfillment, Resource Sharing, and E-Resource Usage)
  • How to spot potential areas for improvement in your library’s workflows
  • How to examine performance trends over time
  • Where to find additional resources to support your benchmarking efforts
